When did this happen? Sounds pretty gruesome. Are you sure that it isn't soc.singles of which you're thinking? |Now I have a question for you. I'm new to Toronto. Can anyone |recommend their favourite place | i) to hear live blues Sorry, I'm not a Blues fan.. | ii) to dance For quite a while I went dancing at The Big Bop. There were two floors, with upstairs being Pop/HeavyBeat and the lower floor actually playing some Beatles, and things like "I Like that Old Fashioned Rock & Roll" etc. It's located at Bathurst and Queen, in a building that looks like it's boarded up and comdemned. :-) | iii) for a romantic dinner out I have to admit a preference for Japanese food. Keeping that in mind, I like a place called "Yamasei" [sp?], on king street just east of Spadina I believe. | iv) for an inexpensive meal Assuming we're ignoreing McDonald's here :-), I'd say Toby's is a fairly nice place, although the menu is fairly limited [varieties of hamburgers, chili, macaroni&cheese] their shakes are made with Haagen Daaz [sp] ice cream. Be sure to order two -- you'll finish the first one very quickly. Reid "Have you ever been convicted of a crime? "Hmmm... CONVICTED, right?"
