The presumption of inocence (Damn that constitution, get's 'em every time) The right to confront your accusors. The requirement that they prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the radar and camera are in sync. Prove that the film was not altered. Perhaps between this and the laser radar, we'll be motivated to do what we should have done 15 years ago - revolt and overthrow the damn stupid speed limit laws.
