I need some relatively fast (about 10ns rise/fall time) and quite red sensitive
photodiodes. I will use them to detect the reflex of a 35mW HeNe (632.8nm)
laser on a mate surface from a distance of up to 50 feet. If you know some good
photodiode or other sort of detector, please E-mail.
