It costs $40 an hour, but it is well worth it.

   I have been seeing Pat once a week for 6 months and so have six of
my friends. She is extremely good. Every week no matter how stubborn I
am, we manage to get in touch with my emotions and issues at a deeper
level.

   I had gone to a Western Medical Psychologist (Covered by OHIP)
before.  I found it useless. It was all intellectual text book
theories. As an intellectual myself, I need to learn ways to put the
intellect and the judge aside to be able to see my true feelings.
