	A few weeks ago I posted a message to the comp.ai.neural-nets
	requesting information on topological studies of neural networks.
	I specifically stated the question broadly; I wanted to get as
	much information as I can.  I recieved several request for 
	summary but no information.

	I am posting my request to a larger audience.  I would be happy
	to recieve comments as well.  Such as, "No utility", "Nobody has
	done it".....  I will summarize for those interested.
