	I have seen a lot of discussion about sources on SIMTEL, my question
	is how can I get to SIMTEL if my network is not connected to it,
	Is there a phone number?  what is the procedure for requesting a file?
	Can I get a list of all the available files? Are all the files IBM-PC
	type files, or are there any UNIX files also?
