It seems to me that #defines in C aren't tags in the
Emacs tag stuff, only functions and typedefs (cf pg 147
of the GNU Emacs manual dated April 87).  Is this true, 
or am I missing something?  If it's true, why is it 
that way?  It would seem to be a better idea to make
them tags too...

I'm running 18.51 on a Sun/60 with SunOS 3.5.
