   I would like to get MicroEmacs running on out VAX
with VMS.  We currently have an old version of MicroGnuEmacs
but I'm very dissatisfied with it.  The version of emacs is
3.10 beta and seems to use vax system services to impliment 
the driver. But I am unable to link and make an executable.
If someone has a version of microemacs running on the VAX
please email me some help.  Thanks.
