	Ok this query has probably been posted before and for this I apologise.
At Concordia, we have suddenly developed a great need to convert a TIFF file
to an ASCII format...(the line of work is OCR...)... any information...
ie. TIFF format or even an algorithm to convert to ascii would be appreciated.
The TIFF file has been created by using the Logitech hand scanner along
with PC Paintbrush...(if that helps?? :-))
