we recently installed Gnu gcc on our systems, only to have some
ansi-C "purists" discover that the distribution included no
".h" files nor a run-time library. i didn't find anything like
this on prep.ai.mit.edu, but just to make sure: is a library
and include-file suite available for gcc? if so, where do i go
to get it? thanks.
