I know this has been hashed out in the past, but when you don't need
the information it gets tossed out.  Well now I need the information...
Does anyone have any information about the `San Francisco to Moscow
Teleport' being run by a Joel Schatz?  Some of our researchers could
use a path to network with their colleagues in the USSR.  Any help
would be appreciated.
