Arrrgh.

In going through past postings and installing some of the goodies, I
just got zonked by two different implementations of varargs.h .

Having multiple versions of this isn't healthy.  But my check-off list
of "official" files (1.3d PC Minix) doesn't show a varargs.h at all.

It almost sounds like:

	"If you're going to use a 'varargs.h', use #include "varargs.h"
	 instead of #include <varargs.h> and put your version inside
	 the shar-file."
