Can anyone recommend a good reading list on the special problems of
implementing operating systems on RISC processors.  Note that I'm particularly
interested in the problem of making the operating system use RISC efficiently
(i.e. avoiding breaking into a full pipeline of instructions, etc).  Simple "I
ported UNIX to my RISC toaster oven" papers are not of interest.
