The latest version should be in comp.sys.amiga.sources RSN.

While the Manx 3.6a assembler does 68020 and 68881 instructions, I had to
"dc.w" those MMU instructions into my code.  So it's kinda ugly, but I don't
need that many instructions.  I normally build the MMU instruction into a
small routine that does the basic thing I want, then call it from C where
all the thinking work takes place.
