He's using the latest version of BBS-PC! (V4.13 I think) and is reasonably satisfied with it, but is thinking of changing to something else, now that MSS seem to have stopped development on it (no updates for over a year). In particular, he is interested in multi-user capability, the ability for users to gateway to other programs while online, and no long waits for message scans during login (this is a big problem for users who call infrequently). Of course, it would be nice if he could keep all the existing benefits of BBS-PC! as well (fully customisable menus, large message bases, etc. etc) So, could any sysops who run Amiga BBS's mail me with their experiences and views on the package they're using please (BBS-PC! excepted)? One package which has been advertised recently is Andreus (sp?), and I've seen Citadel mentioned on here recently as well. Reply via email unless you think it would be of interest to the rest of the net. -- Eddy Carroll ----* Genuine MUD Wizard | "You haven't lived until INTER: ecarroll@cs.tcd.ie | until you've died in UUCP: {..uunet}!mcvax!ukc!cs.tcd.ie!csvax1!ecarroll | MUD!" - Richard Bartle
