If this is implemented, make sure it doesn't have the same problems as the
AUTO folder on the Atari ST.  Several initialization programs will not work
unless they are executed in a particular order.  I like the idea of being
able to include a new startup by simply moving its icon into the drawer,
as long as there is a way to say "execute these files first, it this order,
then everything else in this directory".
