Just another tiny tidbit... the San Jose Mercury News did a review of Apple Works //gs and it seems to have gotten very low marks for value and usability. The few remarks that I recall pertained to not supporting bidirectional printing, printing blank lines by moving the head all the way across the page while doing nothing, and taking over 5 minutes of thinking before starting to print any part of the document (I don't know if this was the word processor or the spreadsheet part of it). That combined with a long load time and an absolute requirement for a minimum of 1.25Mbytes of RAM ... reviewer did not seem very happy with it. Rob Peck
