Well, whaddaya know! Semi-techical question on amiga.tech! 1. What's the best way to find out the WB screen size? I'd like to bring up a small square window, so I need to adjust the window size "on the fly" (right?). I've seen the section in the 1.2 Enhancer Doc about peeking at Gfxbase->something_or_other, and I know about GetScreenData(). Do both of these report "correct" sizes for standard and hi-res, and interlaced, and morerow-ed screens? Just trying to be compatible with folks' fancies... 2. Now that we've got the neat ENV: device, are there library calls to getenv() and setenv()? Granted, it's not a biggie to go D.I.Y., but if the interface is already there, I ought to use it. (In this case, it's to have UUCP's "mail" command get ENV:editor to select your favorite editor.) That's all. I return you to the usual newgroup content... hissssssss..kerrrrrrrrrrrrrr...krakkkk....ssssssssssss.....ggzzzzzzz.... Mike Hall att!cuuxb!migh "Thanks!"
