Somehow my wait pointer was changed from the white cloud to a dark "black hole". Not that big a deal except I can not change it back. I noticed this after I tried the AX disk magazine someone loaned me. I received two messages in comp.sys.amiga 1: just change the mouse pointer colours. 2: No way to do it. But with no explanation of what is going on with the pointer. AND So far #2 appears to be correct, no matter how I change the colours for the mouse pointer, the busy pointer is STILL black. I even rebooted and using the original workbench disk (write-protected) 1.2 and 1.3 STILL left me with a black hole for a wait pointer. Could some kind soul please enlighten me? I would really like to know what is going on here OR what should be going on. Thank-you in depth information is always appreciated. I like to know the why and how. duncan@csd4.milw.wisc.edu
