I'm no expert on the //c or anything, but it sounds like your IWM chip
(Integrated Woz Machine) is bad. These babys cna be had for approx. $20
US funds.  There are several companies in Computer Shopper (Pre-Owned
Electronics, etc.) which sell the chip.  But, The problem is, if I'm
not mistaken, that the IWM is soldered in.........
