"I thought" with a SCSI interface I could hook up all types of SCSI devices to my Apple//e.. (like tape back up, additional hard drives, etc... ) Afterall, my CMS manual says I can set 7 device numbers. Now I'm finding out, unless I misunderstood, I can't have more than 2 devices or 64 megs online from a single CMS SCSI interface card/slot. All of this is quite confusing to myself and others. Does the Apple SCSI card allow more devices? Once again... anyone want to write a short (not too short) explanation of what one can do with one slot, one SCSI card and one Apple //e... There's certainly no shortage of opinion and/or expertise here on InfoApple so how's about one of you gurus taking a shot at it??
