  We currently have a mainframe tape drive here at the office connected to an
Apple II which we use to up/download data from an IBM 4300 series mainframe
that is located in our sister company's office.  Over the past 9 months, my
office has experienced many problems with this drive.  We also have a Qualstar
1600 bpi tape drive hooked up to a tandy 3000.  Does anybody know of any
company that makes a 1600 bpi drive for the Apple II that could use Apple's
SCSI card?  If anyone has any information please leave mail to the 2 addresses
