Right and Wrong- under chapter 11, the author of the program is usually offered the option of buying back the copyright to his program before the creditors have at it... However, if the author decides he doesn't want the copyright back, THEN and only then do the creditors get it... I suppose one could check the copyright registry to find out the status of the copyright (Anyone care to do that for us?) and then contact the owner of it..
