I am also a fond user of C-Lab Notator.  Does everything indicated in
the base note, and is amazingly bug-free.  My only real complaint with
it is that it has a really confused (and combined) notion of triplets
and dotted notes.  Oh, you can get it to do what you want, but it
takes a little getting used to.  All in all though, a great program.
