I would like to upgrade my 520ST (new model) to 1Mb RAM. My ST contains
a bank of 4 256kx4bit RAM chips (NEC part number D424256C-10) with space 
for 4 more. It looks as if the decoupling capacitors are already there.
Does anyone know how to do the upgrade? Is it just a case of 
putting in the new chips ? (In sockets of course). Please mail replies
and I'll summarise. Thanks for your help.
