I've heard that the NEC Multisync-II and some Sony monitor will work, once the right wires have been plugged into the right places, but I've also been told to watch out, in case a monitor doesn't handle the signals the ST puts out. How many monitors are actually compatible with the ST. Does someone (hello, Atari?) have a list of monitors known to work with the ST? (hope, hope) In particular I'm looking at an economical model put out by Samsung under the Imtec label (sorry, no model number, just `multi-sync'), which may or may not be the same as its slightly higher-priced brother, the Samsung CN4551. Can anyone help on this, please? LISP: On another note, I asked about this here before (about a year ago), but the answer may have changed in the meantime. Does anyone know of a decent imple- mentation of Common LISP for the ST? I've heard about Cambridge LISP (which is PSL, not Common, and therefore not as useful), XLISP, something from Robinson Engineering in the U.K., LeLisp, and something Sandra Loosemore (are you listening?) was working on a while ago. Has the status of any of these changed? Have new versions come out which I'm not aware of? Sorry if either or both of these have come up recently in discussions. We've not received any ST netnews since the networm in November (or whenever). Thanks in advance, David Forster Forster@Cs.Umass.Edu -or- Forster@Umass.Bitnet
