I implemented the keypad commands and cntrl-keys of EDT in STedi keyboard 
redefinitions a long time ago: much faster than EDT itself.  I can send a 
copy if you are interestd, some of the code needs polishing for 2.0.
(this also allows you to have folds in EDT :-))
