The referenced article observes that WordPerfect and Megawatt have the 
ability to disable 'drop' menus in favor of 'pull' ones, and expresses the
hope that this feature can be harnessed.  I'd just observe that this 
feature is easy to program in, but hard to add to a running program 
without source.
