The following are the switch settings fopr an AT&T 6300 with ROM version 1.43.

The Memory switches that you have asked for are not changed from 1.21 to 1.43:

On DIP Switch 0 at 7T:
1-3	system memory
4	64Kx1 or 256Kx1 DRAMS on motherboard
5	numeric Data processor, Intel 8087
6	Serial Comm controller 8250/Z8530
7	Not used
8	Bank 1 occupied/not occupied
