Thanks to all who responded to my question regarding Hercules graphics
and using mice (mouses) with them. It seems that one needs to set a flag
in low memory, to inform the mouse driver about the non-standard display.
(specifically, a 6 for page 1 and a 5 for page 0 at memory location 0040:0049)
Then all the other functions work as the do with standard displays.
