DRIVEPARM changes the specs for the DOS drivers to whatever you specify.
For instance, a lot of XT clones automatically recognize drives A and B
as 360K floopies.  Using DRIVEPARM, one can change this configuration
to different types of drives (1.2M,720K,etc.)
Note:DRIVEPARM will change one configuration each time it is in the
config.sys file.
