I know that there are also commercial versions available, but I've had success using SBTeX. It's available from SIMTEL20 as PD1:SBTEX.ARC. Fonts are available from science.utah.edu (118.110.192.2); there should be some sort of info file which tells you exactly where to find the relevant files.
