This is possible under the Diagnostics disk set (3 disks, currently).
I believe the next-to-the-last menu selection is the one you want...
Sorry I can't be more specific, but I don't have an RT in front of me.

Any "binary file editor" should do the job.  I've seen a couple posted,
but if you can't find one send me e-mail -- a friend of mine wrote quite
a nice one (all the standard features) which he is willing to distribute.
(It compiles fine on any System V.2 or later version)

I've seen ads for products that *claim* they can do this -- personally,
I don't believe'm.  If anyone out there in net.land knows of a utility
which can do this, I'd like to here about it.
