Message-ID: <1522@neoucom.UUCP> Date: 28 Feb 89 16:21:55 GMT Distribution: na Organization: Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine Lines: 17 My CoCo is an old gray box -- the bubble says it's 32K, and the person I got it from gave no indication it was anything else. The diagnostics program says I have 16K, but the documentation with the program doesn't seem to recognize any larger memory. On a small sample text file, color disk scripsit says I have over 17500 memory left; that sounds about right, I guess. But, on the same file, tsedit says I have over 47500 memory left. Does tsedit not recognize anything smaller than 64K? Or is it possible, that, without great effort or expense, I could make use of software requiring 64K? Specifically, should I watch for sale prices on the deskmate or level 1 OS9? -- G. Thomas Osterfield archivist (216)325-2511 ext 531 gto@neoucom.UUCP {cwjcc, hal, scooter}!neoucom!gto CIS:74106,1153
