Has anyone out there successfully used a Passport MIDI interface on a
MacII printer port?

I found last night that my interface only seems to work correctly when
attached to the modem port.  Luckily, my modem works quite happily when
attached to the printer port.

I used MIDIScope to examine the data I was sending out from my
keyboards, and it was mostly $FF and $FE.  When I switched the
interface and program over to use the printer port, it worked just
fine.
