The control is marked as r54 and can be adjusted with an ordinary flathead screw driver. Often, there is a resister that breaks which will cause the focus control to have no effect. The resister is a 1meg ohm and is marked as r9. The breakdown of these parts and the power supply in general is mainly caused from the heat generated...If you dont already have one, get a fan.
