   I also wish the draw layer would allow dashed lines and arrowheads on 
more than just the straight lines. In my case, I need arrowhead/dashed lines
on beziers. Of the paint tools, I like the airbrush and the shadowbox. 
Something I noticed by accident: You can select anything on the screen to
be your paintbrush shape. This includes the menu bar etc.
