The package offers not only thw MPW shell, but Aztec's own UNIX-like shell. If you're a UNIX junkie, you'll find it very comfortable. Within the AZTEC shell, you'll find numerous (about 3 dozen) mostly UNIX-inspired utilities, like "diff" (file compare) and "hd" (hex dump). The whole thing is very well designed and documented, and the compiler is damn good. It's also dirt cheap - $65 without MPW, $99 with (from MacConnection).
