A friend is looking for detailed information on what used to be called
AppleTalk but may be called LocalTalk now.  He has Inside Mac which
refers to a document called "Inside AppleTalk" which does not appear to
be available on a retail basis.  Where can we find this book?
Is there any substitute?  My friend apparently needs to understand the
protocol and specifications from the wire up.
