Sure enough, the announcement is there.  It directs you to look in the
Technical Info library for the "new" Virus Rx.  What's there, however,
is Virus Rx 1.4a2, the same one that's been available for a month and
a half.  The only difference that I could find is that it's not
labelled as such in the library -- you have to download it to find out
that it's the same old thing.
