Well here is my comment about memory prices. We just bought some from
American Micro Distributors. Purchase order price for 8 bit 120NS low profile
was $229, cash price is $199. If you need memory for a Sun 3/60 they have
9 bit 100NS memory for $249, I don't know what the cash price is. 

The comment about the $180 National Semi memory. I think that price is for
educational institutions only. Thats what I paid for it last April. It's also
not low profile, important if you have an SE, especialy if you have an extra
card in it.
