The Beatles' company, Apple Corporation (remember the record label?) says Apple Computer has broken a copyright agreement. Apparently in 1981 Apple promised not to use the trademark on musical equipment. Legal sources say damages could run to millions of dollars. Linking your Mac to a synthesizer could be more expensive than you thought.
