I used to have a public domain program that provided simulation of 
transmission line systems.  Over the course of time, I seem to have
misplaced it, and now would like to replace it.  Does anyone have
the package or know where it would be available?  I believe it was 
written by someone at Texas or Drexel...  Thanks!
