Hammen) Organization: Bulfin Printers Lines: 23 A couple of days ago, I remember reading (in an article I now can't find) someone bemoaning the fact that there was no way to have a timer activate their Mac II. Well, I just happened to (finally!) receive my copy of the latest BMUG bible, er, newsletter, and there is an article in there by a guy who has created a product called Time MACTIVATOR, which is a battery operated digital clock which performs the "power-on keypress" at the set time. The company also has a product called MACTIVATOR that lets you turn your machine on by phone. The current version requires the BSR X-10 Powerhouse remote control stuff, but they are working on a standalone product. The TimeMACTIVATOR lists for $45, and the MACTIVATOR is $100.
