There is something I don't understand.  How can Apple Records be accusing
Apple Computer of making music synthesizig deviced?  Even a mac fully equipped
with MIDI is not a synthesizer.  It only provides the digital information to
drive a synthesizer.

If they consider it a synth because of its own sound chip, then the Apple II
could have been considered a synth and then they should have sued in 1976 or
whenever the Apple II Integer first appeared.

Oh well, let's see how long this one lingers around in the courts.
