Help!!

    Every time I try to print something to a chosen laserwriter, the
computer goes through all of the motions, including waiting for other
entries to finish processing, and then SHUT DOWNS!!! Actually, it's
a RESET!!!  But I really can't deal with this.  I ran Virus Detective,
and it found nothing.

    I'm really upset and need help please.
