Using Textures, I tried to print an "imported" dvi file
which was made from the emacs manual.  The source contains
several ams fonts that Textures does not have.  Does anyone
know where I could get such fonts, or barring that, are there
any reasonable replacement fonts (I tried computer modern and
got bad results).
