Definitely the SCSI and as much memory as your wallet (or spouse) will allow. Once you start using MultiFinder, you'll want to run everything under it [and find that you are a *lot* more productive]. All of the ROM patches that you'll require for System 7 [RSN :-)] need memory. Also, there are a *lot* of nice inits out there ....
