I just saw an ad for yet another hypertalk book, Dr. Dobb's Essential Hypertalk
Handbook.  The author is Michael Swaine, who writes the Card Tricks column in
MacUser.  And, of course, Dr. Dobb has a good name.  Does anybody know if the
book is any good?  Are there other books that do a better job at covering the
same ground?
