Is there a newer "official" version of dvipage than 2.0 (Apr 12 1988,
apparently)?

If not, has anybody modified it to work with Sun4 (without redrawing
problems when moving the magnifier, and with VARARGS in proper places),
and with the 386i (without letters smudging in both normal and magnified
mode and coming out flipped in magnified mode)?
